Specifications include, but are not limited to: Service Expectations: - Provide scheduled annual visits and emergency visit contingency plans. - Quarterly scheduled routine visits, four (4) annually, consisting of 16 hours per visit and option for unscheduled visits. - Bosch software maintenance agreement to high level manufacture support including the ability to update appropriate software version. - Programming time. - 24/7 phone and email support with Remote Access Capability. - Emergency on site services within 24 hours of notification. - Plan to correct or replace unacceptable service or Contractor’s personnel. - Periodic reports that detail services, repairs, equipment, and other information we may require. - Non-Contractual labor pricing for additional work. Existing Equipment to be Supported: - Programable Logic Controller (PLC) Door Controls - Integrated lighting, water, phone, TV controls, Guard Tour, and Duress Controls. - Integrated BOSCH BVMS system with camera callup function, including but not limited to cameras, switches, servers, monitors, and personal computers. - Integrated Harding audio system including Digital Communication Controllers, Digital Communication Expanders, Talk-Back Expanders, and existing field devices including the intercoms and TMM microphones. - Workstation Computers with Windows 10 pro Operating System.
