Specifications include, but are not limited to: Advanced Contract Award Notice (ACAN) to the public of the City's intent. Multiple restroom facilities within Webb Bridge Park are currently served by septic systems permitted and installed in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The septic system associated with the soccer fields restroom building is failing and the City desires to connect the building to Fulton County’s sanitary sewer system. It is also desired that the sewer connection would be designed to accommodate future connections from three other buildings within the park. To this end, the City of Alpharetta is seeking proposals and price quotes from currently qualified consultants contracted with Fulton County, GA through a public procurement, RFP #21RFP129860K-JAJ, issued by Fulton County Department of Public Works for Standby Engineering Services for the design and permitting of a sanitary sewer connection.
