Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide daily pick-up and delivery of inter-office mail which is approximately five (5) pouches weighing a total of seven (7) pounds from each location, between Diamond Head Health Center, Windward Health Center, Waimano Hale Complex Hale A, Kinau Hale, and Kapolei Kakuhihewa Building. STATE may request a larger package weighing up to twenty (20) pounds to be picked up and delivered. B. Completed daily pick-up and delivery of inter-office mail by 3:30 p.m. as attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof. C. Deliver mail to the appropriate location on the same day unlessthat location was already serviced. Locations that were already serviced shall receive their mail the following State business day (i.e., Kinau Hale bound mail picked up from Waimano Hale Complex shall be delivered to Kinau Hale by the following State business day)
