Specifications include, but are not limited to: Includes construction of two temporary construction access pads for the project for both left and right banks; erosion and sediment control measures including the establishment of temporary staging and stockpiling areas along access paths and installation of silt fence to retain any disturbed soil; removal of debris and wood from top of bridge; removal of small bridge including steel I-beams, and concrete and stone abutments; grading of banks to remove bridge access paths, reconnect floodplain, and create stable slopes; stockpiling of sediment material on site in two designated areas and the coverage of those stockpiles with tarps; placement of stones randomly on streambed throughout reach in a spaced out manner; revegetate all disturbed areas with seed and straw/mulch; and remove and restore construction entrances to pre-construction conditions. Anticipated volume of concrete and stone removal: 30 cu yd, volume of streambank fill removal: 130 cu yd.
