Specifications include, but are not limited to: Full Design and construction documents for the remodel of the Phil Rabon baseball field and softball field. Development of plans and specifications to be used for the solicitation of bids as per North Dakota Century Code (NDCC) chapter 48-01.2. Preparation of all bid documents, including advertising and instructions to bidders, and oversight of the bidding process to ensure compliance with all state requirements. Review of bids for compliance with bid documents, and recommend to the Owner the lowest, best bidder for selection, or facilitate the selection process of a Construction Manager at Risk to performance of project management. Oversight of construction operations to ensure compliance with bid documents, and general construction administration as limited by NDCC 48-01.2 Inspection of the work one year after acceptance to identify any warranty claims or other problems. Once selected, the architect/engineer, with approval by the Owner, will select any additional design professionals required for this work. Additional design professionals will be retained by the architect/engineer as sub consultants and under contract directly to the architect/engineer.
