Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through Workforce Safety & Insurance (the STATE) is soliciting proposals to perform daily general office cleaning services to maintain approximately 116,000 square feet of the Century Center office building and weekly cleaning of 1,564 square feet of Great River Energy Building and to maintain both office locations in a neat, clean and professional appearance. Century Center - WSI: one eight-hour shift during working hours and twenty-four hours of cleaning for the evening shift (32 hours per day) Monday – Friday excluding holidays observed by the State of North Dakota. day shift will start at 7:30 AM and end at 4:30 PM with one hour for lunch. The evening shift will start after 5:00 PM working days and will provide twenty-four hours of cleaning services daily by as many staff members as necessary to complete all the night shift cleaning duties. all Contract employees will wear appropriate clothing which identifies the cleaning service contractor. Great River Energy Building - DRO: general office space cleaning – no bathrooms or kitchen all Contract employees will wear appropriate clothing which identifies the cleaning service contractor. monthly meeting / building walk through with Facility Management and monthly time reports on actual hours worked for each staff member. all labor, equipment such as cleaning carts, mops, buckets, tools, cleaners, disinfectants, carpet shampooing/hard floor cleaning equipment and any other materials necessary to perform custodial/maintenance services. See attached evening cleaning schedule attachment 5 and day person task list attachment 4 for a detailed listing of tasks to perform. WSI Facility Management can change cleaning schedules as necessary and request specific tasks to be completed as necessary. State will provide a commercial vacuums and consumable paper products. perform tasks in a safe manner following all state and federal regulations and using all health safety measures such as universal precautions when coming in contact with any human body fluids or materials.
