Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Procurement Bureau, on behalf of the Department of Military Affairs Montana Disaster and Emergency Services, is seeking a vendor to perform and deliver all activities associated with the Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP) directly related to the flooding event of June 2022 in the counties of Carbon, Park, Stillwater, and Yellowstone. The Disaster Case Management Program partners a Case Manager with a disaster survivor to identify, assess, and address the survivor’s unmet needs through the development and implementation of a disaster recovery plan. This disaster recovery plan includes establishing decision-making priorities, referring the survivor to resources, and providing guidance and tools to assist disaster survivors in their recovery.
