Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective is to procure a comprehensive, state-of-the-art, interactive public safety incident life cycle management system designed to enhance the delivery of public safety incident-related services in the areas of: ⚫ Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System with an integrated map that can be accessed anytime/anywhere via a web browser and can scale to any size incident ⚫ Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS) with advanced analytics ⚫ Mobile Computer Software for laptops and smart devices with map functionality ⚫ Public Safety Reporting System utilizing advanced Analytics tools and a data warehouse with standard nomenclature to support self-serve capabilities. ⚫ Machine learning/artificial intelligence or advanced computing to assist in early detection of major incidents that may not otherwise be identified in the traditional public safety workflow environment. ⚫ Integration tool to support awareness of and integration with disparate systems from multiple agencies in order to improve awareness of and ability to manage incidents, events, and service requests from internal, external, and community sources.
