Contract Item 1: Mesh Fabric/Material for Landry Bags 3.1.1.1 Must be of Domestic Goods Only. 3.1.1.2 Must be mesh laundry bag fabric/material, not finished bags. 3.1.1.3 Must be available in colors White and Blue. 3.1.1.4 Must be 100 % high tenacity polyester. 3.1.1.5 Must be 1000 denier. 3.1.1.6 Must weigh a minimum of 5.7 ounces per square yard; maximum 6.1ounces per square yard. 3.1.1.7 Must be constructed of a minimum of 3.5” x 4.6” courses per inch, hole 3/16” to ¼”, Instron burst 160 pounds per square inch, with a minimum thickness of 0.045”. 3.1.1.8 Must have allowable shrinkage and shall be a minimum of 1%, heat set up to a minimum 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 3.1.1.9 Mesh fabric/material must be a Medium Firm Finish. Contract Item 2: Finished and Completed Mesh Laundry Bags 3.1.2.1 Must be of Domestic Goods Only. 3.1.2.2 Must be a finished and completed mesh laundry bag. 3.1.2.3 Must be available in Yellow, Orange, Green, Brown, Red and Purple. 3.1.2.4 Must not have a draw cord. 3.1.2.5 Must not have an ID patch. 3.1.2.6 Must be 100% high tenacity polyester. 3.1.2.7 Must be 1000 denier. 3.1.2.8 Must weigh a minimum of 5.7 ounces per square yard; maximum 6.1 ounces per square yard. 3.1.2.9 Must be constructed of a minimum of 3.5” x 4.6” courses per inch, hole 3/16” to 1/4”, Instron burst 160 pounds per square inch, with a minimum thickness of 0.045”.
