Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Department of Housing and Neighborhood Programs is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to construct one (1) single family structure located at 4403 Bowers – Lot 23 as part of the HOME Investment Partnership Program. Exterior 1. Drive Way- Install an 18’ wide pad with 10’ concrete breaks. Driveway shall extend to the street or alleyway. Driveway will start 8’from the front or rear of the house. Side walk minimum 4’ width is required leading to the front steps of the house. 2. All yards will be completely sodded with Bermuda sod. The front porch area and front bedroom window of all houses will be landscaped with shrubbery and bushes. Allowance will be $500 for shrubbery, bushes, and any trees. 3. Shingles will be architectural not 3 tab. Color choice by City of Little Rock Community Development Division Rehab Administrator. Interior: 1. Cabinets must be custom built with crown molding on top cabinets and –stain or paint grade finished. 2. Ceramic Tile minimum 12” x 12”is required in all wet areas-Kitchen, Baths, Laundry, and Dining rooms. Granite will all so be required on Kitchen Countertops. Tile Allowance min $1.50 - Max $2.50 cents per foot. Colors will be picked by City of Little Rock Community Development Division Rehab Administrator. 3. Hardwood Flooring or Laminated will be installed in the Living room and Hallway areas. Laminate flooring allowance $1.50 - $2.50 per foot. Colors will be picked out by City of Little Rock Community Rehab Administrator.
