Specifications include, but are not limited to: SPB on behalf of MDT is seeking a cloud hosted COTS solution for an agency and Motor Carrier-friendly, web-based system for administration of the MCS Inter/Intrastate Permitting System.. The Offeror must develop and utilize appropriate controls and reports to ensure the migrated data is accurate and complete compared to the data provided from MDT. . The solution must provide versioning. . The solution must support a degree of normalization of at least third normal form and use database integrity features to enforce field and relationship requirements. . The solution must allow connection to MDT’s Snowflake data warehouse via a data integration tool (e.g., Fivetran) and/or a standard connector, e.g., Python, Spark, Kafka, Node.JS, .NET, JDBC, ODBC, PHP PDO, or SQL API. . The Offeror must have an existing web service (REST) API.
