Specifications include, but are not limited to: UND is looking to obtain contracted care for the green space for the UND campus and Aerospace training area located at the Grand Forks Airport complex. All products must be as specified or approved equal. Products swept off all hard surfaces immediately after application for all products used to also include mud, grass clippings, etc. Supply Material Safety Data Sheets and Product Sheets to the Operations Manager. Timing of application must be coordinated with Operations Manager to assure efficiency and safety. All applicable rules as stated by the North Dakota Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection for pesticide application must be followed. All postings of sites and removal of signs is the CONTRACTOR responsibility. All postings must be removed 72 hours after application has been made. Bidder is responsible for proper application rates and proper disposal of all bags and waste material. Bidder is responsible to notify all neighbors as necessary in regards to pesticide applications. UND shall be held harmless for all mis-applications. UND practices Integrated Pest Management (1PM). 1PM is a system that utilizes all suitable pest management practices that are environmentally compatible and economically feasible to reduce pest population to tolerable levels. Grounds program to be monitored by UND and their representative.
