Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Dakota Department of Transportation is requesting informal bids for furnishing gravel for maintenance purposes ; Quantities to be purchased are indefinite, depending on requirements, and therefore cannot be determined at the time bids are received. For that reason the Department reserves the right to make purchases from time to time in any quantities required to meet its current needs.
