Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of two floodplain restoration sites in Plymouth VT along lower VT 100A near the Bridgewater line. The upper site (Farm Brook) includes construction of a flood bench with removal of 952 CY of material as well as installing up to 78 root wads and 27 footer logs. The lower site (Flaster) also includes construction of a flood bench and two instream rock weirs as well as removal of 2,400 CY of material. The contractor will be responsible for temporary access creation and removal, material removal, root wad procurement and installation, rock weir installation, small tree removal and replanting when feasible, and final grading and seeding. Other plantings will be handled by Connecticut River Conservancy.
