All wastewater and groundwater sampling, preservation, handling and test procedures used to comply with the monitoring requirements shall conform to procedures specified in the most current edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater APHA-AWWA-WPCF, and Vermont Water Quality Standards. 2.1.2.1.
