Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and install four (4) Back-Flow Prevention devices at Hopemont Hospital located at 150 Hopemont Dr., Terra Alta, WV 26764. Provide all Labor, Materials and Equipment to provide and install 4 Back-Flow Prevention Devices. Vendor shall install one (1) 6” Watts 709 Double Check Valve Assembly, or equal on the main water line of the hospital. Vendor will ensure the 6” valve is enclosed in a 10’ x 6’ x 6’ concrete pit with floor, floor drain, ladder, and roof with a 3’ x 3’ access door. Vendor shall install 3 each – 4” Watts 709 Double Check Valve Assembly, or equal on each branch of hospital sprinkler system. Vendor shall furnish a warranty of 12 months for all labor performed under this purchase order. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
