Specifications include, but are not limited to: Awarded Contractor shall provide to the Athletic Department with onsite Physical Therapy Services to student-athletes, USM employees or contract personnel. The above constituents are first priority for physical therapy services. However, outside patients may be solicited by the Contractor for financial sustainability. All Physical Therapy Services to patients may be provided on a fee for services basis by the Contractor. The Contractor is solely responsible for any billing associated with these services to third party payers or with patients. There will be no exchange of monies associated with this contract between the University of Maine System and the Contractor. The anticipated start date for this contract is mid-August of 2023.
