Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide Liability and Workers Compensation coverage for their employees. • Follow up on any questions or concerns regarding services promptly. • Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are current and up-to-date and are provided to DCF as soon as possible upon renewal and/or when changes are made. • Provide parking lot security for DCF employees during prime hours of commuting to and from work, with the specific hours to be established by the DCF office. • Attend any mandatory court appearances outside of normal work hours required; mandatory court appearances outside of normal work hours will be extra at the hourly contract rate. • Assure compliance with any and all local Security Officer licensing and/or permit requirements imposed by the City of Wichita (and/or any other governing body requirements, such as may be imposed during the life of any contract arising from this RFP); • License/permit each security officer. • Provide on duty security supervisor • Sworn, off duty police officers shall be a current KS-CPOST certified officers with permission from their respective police department to work in Wichita Kansas/Sedgwick County. All sworn, off duty police offers shall have Law Enforcement powers in Kansas.
