Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals for service and software that will allow MSU Culinary Services to: • Manage menus, including digital displays and line labeling • Manage and track inventory • Identify and communicate nutrition and dietary considerations, including allergens • Develop, reference, and produce recipes across multiple locations • Review and produce real time reports and data analytics • Sync with and interact with current/industry leading external vendors (ex. Point of sale, catering, temperature control and food distributors). • Manage commissary kitchen production environment • Enhance a waste management program • Operate in a cloud-based environment
