Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City’s intent is to continue the inspection and evaluation efforts on an anticipated average annual length of approximately fifty (50) to eighty (80) miles of collection system including associated manholes. Sewers and manholes may be located within the right-of-way, or outside of the right-of-way. To achieve this goal the City anticipates the need for multiple televising efforts occurring simultaneously. The selected firm or team shall be capable of providing the necessary cleaning and closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection, or capable of teaming with a contractor or multiple contractors that are able to perform those services. Cleaning and inspection in certain instances may require diversion of flows or bypass pumping. The selected firm or team shall be required to coordinate and manage the cleaning and inspection data of the public gravity sanitary and gravity combined sewer system including all associated structures. Utilizing the data stored in the web-based repository the selected firm or team shall evaluate and further develop cost-effective improvement recommendations and methodologies to enable preparation of design and construction documents necessary for the required repairs.
