Specifications include, but are not limited to: Customer satisfaction survey services at the four (4) Idaho State Veterans Homes. The locations of the homes listed below are long-term care nursing facilities licensed by the State of Idaho, Department of Health and Welfare, Bureau of Facilities Standards. All four (4) homes provide nursing care to Idaho veterans and spouses of veterans. The Boise Home currently has a one hundred thirty-one (122) bed capacity. The Lewiston and Pocatello Homes each have sixty-six (66) bed capacity and the Post Falls Home has sixty-four (64) bed capacity. Contractor shall measure resident and family member satisfaction using surveys that are specific to addressing resident quality of life, quality of care, and safety. Each facility's Administrative Assistant II (AAII) will provide the contact information to the contractor by a mutually agreed upon date. Phone surveys shall be conducted for each of the four facilities on a monthly basis. Questions to include, but not limited to; resident choices, resident rights, dining experience, dignity, ADL assistance, dental issues, abuse, facility environment, pain management, and facility and personal safety. Ten percent of each facility's residents (newly admitted residents, long-term residents, and recently discharged residents) and their family members will be chosen as the survey sample with a 90% response rate per facility to ensure accurate measurement of satisfaction levels.
