Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Purchasing (DOP), on behalf of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW), is seeking laboratory diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2 in residents, staff, and visitors of Intermediate Care Facilities for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICFs/IID), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and assisted living facilities (ALFs). Services must include all ancillary activities such as training facilities in sample collection, shipping logistics and reporting results to patients, facilities, health care providers, and state public health agencies. Services must include shipping a representative sub-set of samples for virus sequencing at the Idaho Bureau of Laboratories.
