Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Department of Executive Administration is seeking to contract with a qualified vendor who can provide both armed and unarmed security guards to ensure the safety of city employees and the public. The vendor shall provide Armed Guard Services to the following locations: A. City Hall Four (4) Guards B. Little Rock District Court Two (2) Guards C. Recreation Facilities One (1) Guard, each D. Community Centers One (1) Guard (Seasonal) The vendor shall provide Un-Armed Guard Services to the following locations: E. Jericho Way Homeless Day Center One Male (1) Guard F. Little Rock Zoo One (1) Guard G. City Employee Parking Lot One (1) Guard H. Little Rock Zoo Parking Lot Security and Crosswalk Guard (Seasonal); All personnel performing duties under this contract must have completed training programs required by the State of Arkansas provided by the Arkansas State Police. Copy of certification for all persons assigned to the City must be available for review at the request of the City.
