Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Water Distribution Division of the Public Works & Utilities Department is soliciting bids forthe transportation of spoils from the Water Distribution Main Office and other various locationsas listed in the specification, on an as needed basis, to Brooks Landfill. The contract will specifya unit price for the transportation of spoils generated by the Water Distribution Division.The successful bidder will agree to furnish all equipment, supplies, labor, superintendence,permits, license, etc. that may be required to effect the work.The successful bidder agrees to enter a formal agreement with the City of Wichita to provide the transportation services, as per the specifications, for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew said contract, under the same terms and conditions for an additional one (1) or two (2) successive one-year periods by mutual consent of the parties. The contract would be subject to cancellation upon thirty (30) days written notice by the City of Wichita.
