Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor/Vendor will remove all tanks, buildings, concrete pads, crude oil bottom sediments, oil production equipment and oilfield debris from the tank battery and site and level to the original grade, as directed by the OFFICE in accordance with 62 Ill. Adm. Code 240 of the Gray Estate Tank Battery Site (Site #3170) and the Gray Estate Pit (Site #8936) located in Sec 19, Twn 03N, Rng 12W Lawrence County, Illinois ; Required work for Gray Estate Tank Battery Site #3170 consists of the following: Oil/produced fluids are being stored within the containment dike. Removal of 2 separators, and 5 tanks 2 small poly tanks within the containment dike. Also, 6 sections of concrete cisterns as well as 2 tops that were on top of then when they were discovered below ground level. Removal of a building that is approximately 30 ft by 50 ft on the south side of the containment dike. Within the building are miscellaneous oilfield tools and equipment and a jeep grand Cherokee. There are several pallets of bags of polymer inside of the building. There are rods, tubing, wood electrical line and other debris on the south and east sides of the building that need to be removed when the tank battery is remediated Site measurement are 120’ long, 70’ wide. All fluids and BS (bottom sediments) shall be removed and properly disposed of. The entire tank battery site shall be remediated as in accordance with 62 Ill. Admin. Code 240.
