Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is comprised of three individual locations in the South Hills area of Missoula, Montana. The Cattail Corner site involves complete reconstruction of a stormwater treatment wetland located near the corner of SW Higgins Ave and S Russell St. Work includes 7,345 CY of excavation above subgrade, 3,631 CY of embankment in place, 944 SF of 8” thick concrete, concrete outfall control structure, three concrete weirs, nine 12-foot deep dry wells, a new maintenance access entrance, pedestrian walkways, and associated demolition, fine grading, surface restoration, native revegetation and landscaping, and related work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The Hillview Way and Garland Drive sites involve the retrofit installation of two high-capacity hydrodynamic separator units into the existing storm drain system. The Hillview Way site is located in the right-of-way near the intersection of Hillview Way and 39th Street, and the Garland Drive site is located in Pheasant Run Park near the intersection of Garland Drive and S Reserve St. The Hillview Way and Garland Drive sites also include installation of 230 LF of 24” storm drain pipe, connections to the existing storm drain system, new storm drain structures, and associated demolition, excavation, surface restoration, traffic control, and related work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
