This Contract is for janitorial services for The Agency of Human Services at 27 Federal Street in St. Albans. The space is approximately 45,909 square feet and will be cleaned 5 days per week. Cleaning times currently done both during regular work hours (floors 1 & 2) and after work hours (floors 3 & 4). Schedule to be coordinated between vendor and tenant groups in the building. 2.1.1.General Space Description (approximate only): 2.1.1.1. Cleaning frequency: 5 days per week.
