Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Farmington Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs Department (PRCA) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a 5-year Master Plan that serves as a Strategic Transition Plan and Programming Development tool embedded with the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). 1. The awarded consultant must be fluent in programming and planning beyond the traditional scope in order to create a 5-year Master Plan that meets the unique needs of the City of Farmington. The plan must include: a. a system-wide approach in order to set goals and policies b. DEI policies relevant to the City of Farmington community c. a detailed plan to organize and prioritize existing City efforts d. programming to revitalize existing services and offerings
