Specifications include, but are not limited to: ESTABLISH A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF THE REPLACEMENT OF A/C UNITS, TO INCLUDE REMOVAL OF OLD EQUIPTMENT, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, START-UP AND TRAINING. 1.1 Vendor is to supply all equipment and materials for a complete and operating air conditioning system. 1.2 Vendor is to disconnect electrical service to old equipment taking care to preserve existing wiring and devices. 1.3 Vendor is to supply lifting equipment to remove existing equipment from the roof and remove the equipment to a location designated by TDCJ. Take care when removing ductwork so new equipment will attach to existing duct openings. 1.4 Vendor is to supply all lifting equipment and transporting equipment to unload and install new rooftop packaged HVAC unit as designated on the plans. 1.5 Provide new units designed to fit existing curbs or provide curb adapters to fit equipment to existing curbs.
