Specifications include, but are not limited to: Shade house (1): Remove all overhead irrigation: pipes, fittings, risers, nozzles, and valves – dispose. Replace with schedule 40 pipes, fittings, and risers that are threaded. Install all new valves and nozzles. Use Schedule 80 male adaptor union for all valves. Move irrigation lines to the ground to come up through nursery benches. See attached schematics of table and station layout. Greenhouse #1 (existing): Remove all existing irrigation. Replace with schedule 40 pipes, fittings, and risers (threaded) Replace all valves and nozzles. Use Schedule 80 Male Adaptor Unions for all Valves. Move lines to the ground to come up through the nursery tables. Each structure’s irrigation should be self-contained and not shared with neighboring greenhouse or shade house. See attached schematics of table and stations layout. Outside Benches: Replace existing irrigation with schedule 40 pipes, fittings, and risers (threaded) Replace valves and nozzles. Use Schedule 80 Male Adaptor Union for all valves. Space risers and use nozzles that provide best coverage. Run line on cement to come up through nursery tables. Change from a ¾” pipe to 1” for increased water pressure. Keep existing table and station layout (3’x 28’) Propagation and Mist House: Remove all existing irrigation and replace with new. Use existing table layout of 4 stations of 3’x16’ each. Space risers for best coverage Drop risers lower to table (24”) New nozzles should emit a fine mist. Install all new valves with schedule 80 male adaptor unions. Fix leak in water line. Install new pipes, risers, and nozzles on two intermittent misting stations: Each station is 3’x16’ tables. Risers should be closer to table than previous (24” rather than 18”) Add filter by main water line entering propagation house.
