Specifications include, but are not limited to: ; the removal and replacement of failing and/or failed subgrade storm drain components adjacent to Jack Lindsey Lane within the Fairbanks Yard. New structures and drainage features will be connected to the existing storm drain systems throughout the yard. Upon completion of the subgrade drainage improvements, the improved area in front of the Car Shop will be cut to the grades and lines shown in the Plans to promote proper drainage to the new slotted drain and matching existing ground elevation outside of this area in preparation for the placement of an asphaltic concrete pavement layer. Any existing structures that need to be removed to complete the work shall be reinstalled or replaced as necessary.
