Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Bid – 1. Provide and install a new Weil McLain 5-88 boiler (or equivalent) condensate tank and pumps. 2. Provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to rig and set boiler. All flooring will be protected during the rigging. 3. Provide and install all necessary valves and accessories to connect existing steam and condensate piping to the new boiler 4. Provide and install necessary gas piping and connections. 5. Provide and install necessary power wiring from existing breakers to new boiler. 6. Inspect existing flue and connect to new boiler if in satisfactory condition. If flue repairs are needed provide an estimate for such repairs prior to connecting. 7. Make all necessary wiring connections from burners to the boiler and safeties. 8. Insulate all new piping with fiberglass insulation 9. Start up boiler and provide paperwork. 10. Clean up job site and remove debris. Alternate BidProvide turn-key price to replace existing boiler system with a unit sized to heat the basement level (including gym) and a Natural gas furnace with central A/C to condition the upper levels of the building.
