Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) seeks a contractor to develop an exemplar coordinated English Language Arts (ELA) and literacy curriculum that is academically rigorous, culturally and historically responsive and aligned with the Vermont Education Quality Standards. This contract will support Vermont’s efforts to improve literacy outcomes for all students and support Academic Recovery from the COVID-19 emergency through developing a coordinated curriculum that Supervisory Unions and Districts (SU/SDs) may use voluntarily. In addition, the coordination of curriculum across an SU/SD will enhance the ability of local systems to support the success of all students.
