Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources is soliciting bids on behalf of Holly River State Park to establish an open-end contract for Potable Water Treatment Plant Operations. 4.1.1 Vendor shall operate all chemical feed pump units, backwash all pumps, valves, controls, wells, roto phase units and all related equipment to maintain a minimum of two (2) days of supply potable water in the designated location’s storage tanks. 4.1.2 Control the chlorine residual, iron, manganese, PH, and related chemicals and compounds as required by the West Virginia Department of Health. DNR shall cover all costs associated with maintaining acceptable levels to include chlorine, salt and iron removal. 4.1.3 Vendor shall complete all water testing and reports required by all Federal Agencies, the State of West Virginia, and County Health Departments. DNR will cover all costs relating to testing, reporting and sampling to include reagents, equipment calibration, and laboratory costs.
