Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall furnish and deliver water storage bags to various designated locations across the Islands of Oahu and Kauai on an as-needed basis. The location(s) will be determined by the respective Agency(ies) and coordinated with the Contractor. The water storage bags shall meet the following requirements: A. Material: Bisphenol A (“BPA”) free, food grade plastic B. Color: Clear C. Capacity: 2.5 gallons D. Dimensions: 11” to 17” wide and 11” to 15” tall E. Features: 1. Each water bag shall be collapsible and lay flat when empty for storage. 2. When filled with water, the bottom of each bag shall expand to allow the bag to stand upright. 3. Each bag shall have the capability of being twisted closed and reopened with a leak-proof cap or tether. 4. Each bag shall have a wear-resistant carrying handle reinforced with plastic to allow the bag to be carried in its full capacity without breaking. F. Packaging: Each water bag shall be individually packed and sealed in cellophane.
