The new building is located at the UCLA Lake Arrowhead Lodge located in LakeArrowhead, California.The new structure will replace the existing seismically deficient housing and meeting space atCedar Lodge. The project includes 18 rooms of housing, each designed to accommodate 3 staffmembers, and approximately 1,000 gsf of meeting space which would serve as social space forseasonal staff, and as meeting space during conference season. Demolition of the existingaccessory structures on the proposed site and redevelopment of the existing parking area areincluded in the scope of work.Specific work includes but is not limited to abatement, demolition, grading, installation ofunderground utilities, foundations, slab construction, wood framing/shear panel systems, drywallinstallation, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, roofing, flooring/tile work, painting, bathroomaccessories, concrete site work and landscaping
