1. The purpose of this sources sought is to obtain information from qualified and experienced contractors for Television Programming Services.
2. The work to be performed is within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 515210 (Cable and other Subscription Programming) and PSC D309 (IT and Telecom-Information and Data Broadcasting or Data Distribution).
3. The Government is contemplating a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of five (5) years.
4. This potential acquisition is being considered 100% total set-aside for small business. If there are no qualified small businesses available, this requirement may be considered as full and open competition.
5. The Government anticipates awarding to one (1) offeror.
6. Below is a brief summary of the anticipated requirement:
a. Provide basic subscription television programming to several facilities on Base through 124 cable boxes or equivalent device(s).
b. Provide basic subscription television programming to approximately 37 mini heads embedded in fitness machines at the Elmendorf and Buckner fitness centers (on JBER).
c. Provide basic subscription television programming to the Wilderness Inn and Iditarod dining facilities.
d. Provide HD/DVR boxes or equivalent.
e. Provide fiber optic television services to the Base hospital through 171 fiber drops.
The 673d CONS may facilitate site visits upon request, with all site visits being completed not later than 1 September 2021. Site visits may be restricted due to COVID limitations.
