Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District seeks eligible equipment (including but not limited to), that which is listed below. Existing library has been identified for repurposing. All aspects needed to renovate the library to include the removal of the existing furniture and/or hardware. All Library needs including the following: ● Stripped and refinished (Cabinetry) ● New upholstered cabinetry/shelving ● Final installation of renovated components in all spaces ● Reuse of existing materials, cabinetry and hardware ● New flexible seating/group seating ● Section off meeting rooms/research area/w projection and viewer screens If the product will be refurbished offsite, the bid must include the freight to and from the GCSC site(s).
