Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Living Room: Wash walls, windows, furniture, doors, closet shelves, baseboards, re-hang curtains where needed. 2. Kitchen: Wash walls, windows, stove, exhaust hood, fridge, cabinets, siok, light fixture, fire extinguisher, kitchen table and chairs, baseboards, sanitize kitchen (both fridge & stove will need to be moved in order to clean behind) 3. Bathroom: Wash walls, floors, sinks & vanity, mirrors, toilet, shower, lights and fan fixtures, shelves, bi-fold door, sanitize bathroom. 4. Hallway: Wash walls, light fixture. 5. Bedrooms:(3) Wash walls, windows, closets, doors, furniture, beds, baseboards. 6. Responsibility for moving the furniture as needed will be up to the cleaning contractor.
