Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Due to the critical services provided to the State of Nevada by this facility all work must be coordinated and choreographed with NSHE personnel to ensure no unplanned or unannounced disruptions of service occurs due to any work related to this project. 2. The Switchgear and Panels used for this project need to fit within the specified rooms and locations indicated on the drawings; therefore, the selected equipment must meet the size restrictions imposed by these locations. Model and components should be verified with the EOR and NSHE prior to ordering. 3. All major components (such as, but not limited to, service disconnects, panel boards, main boards, and transformers) should be approved by the EOR and NSHE prior to ordering. 4. The ATS’s used for this project should be new and have bypass isolation capability. They should be substantially equivalent to the ASCO 7000 SERIES Bypass Isolation Transfer Switch. Model and components should be verified with the EOR and NSHE prior to ordering. 5. The UPS and related equipment should be new and must match the Vertiv / Liebert EXM specified per the design drawings, no substitution will be allowed without approval of the EOR and NSHE in writing. Model and components should be verified with the EOR and NSHE prior to ordering. 6. The UPS and its related components will be installed by a Vertiv / Liebert trained and authorized installer and be commissioned by a factory technician per Vertiv / Liebert requirements. 7. The UPS power distribution cabinet with stepdown transformer should be new and must match the Vertiv / Liebert TFX specified on the design drawings, no substitution will be allowed without approval of the EOR and NSHE in writing. Model and components should be verified with the EOR and NSHE prior to ordering.
