Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish and install new gate operator systems, asphalt shingles, flashing, trim, valley metals, fall restraints, ladders and exterior lettering. Remove and replace concrete landings. Remove and replace concrete driveway and sidewalk. Prepare and apply coating to doors, fence, gates and piping. Furnish and install new weather seals for exterior doors, new landscape edging and rock, and other miscellaneous work. Furnish and install new controls, drives, lights, damper actuators and louver control panel. Remove existing supervisory control panels and soft starters; furnish and install three supervisory control panels, two 32HP SMC, three 75HP SMC, three 150HP SMC, new conduit and conductors, modify conduit and conductors, provide startup and testing services, and other miscellaneous work required for a complete operational system. Complete resistance testing, inspection, cleaning and tightening of all connections, operational testing and other miscellaneous work required to fully service automatic transfer switches. Connect new gate operator actuators installed by general contractor. Furnish and install LS 24 supervisory control panel, drives, floats, conduits, conductors and other miscellaneous work.
