Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is for the Mona Street Rehabilitation. The project includes, but is not limited to: unclassified excavation and selected borrow fill; cold planing; resurfacing and reconstruction of asphalt concrete pavements; installation of Keystone retaining walls or approved equal, chain—link fence, geogrid and woven geotextile; adjustment of utility manhole and handhole frames and covers; installation of storm drain system, liner (CIPP lining) installation, water system modifications, temporary and permanent erosion control systems, pavement markers, pavement striping and marking; relocation of sign post; and reconstruction of existing concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and/or gutters.
