Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Communications and Public Relations Office is seeking a professional firm specializing in professional printing services to provide high-quality products, consultation, and a wide variety of printing options and resources for print-based public outreach or marketing within the County. The awarded Offeror(s) shall provide services to all departments of the County that may need this service. a. Produce high-quality finished printed products on a wide variety of materials and sizes; b. Utilize different printing methods, as needed, for the best possible finished product; c. Complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner; d. Provide expert advice regarding all available professional printing services; e. Provide exceptional customer service and cultivating positive relationships with County staff; f. Provide packaging and shipping of completed products and mailing services for direct mail pieces; and
