Specifications include, but are not limited to: The TSS Office of State Procurement (TSS OSP) issues this Request for Qualification (RFQ) on behalf of The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (ANRC) to obtain responses and a contract for Bond and Program Counsel services for the Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, collectively known as the SRF’s as well as the Arkansas water, Waste Disposal and Pollution Abatement Facilities General Obligation (G.O.) Bond Program. ANRC currently operates the SRF’s to provide capital for construction of infrastructure to further the purposes of the Clean Water and Safe Drinking Water Acts as well as the G.O. Bond Program to provide capital for construction of water, wastewater, and solid waste infrastructure projects.
