Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary objective of the University of Delaware is to solicit proposals from qualified suppliers to provide and install furniture, fixtures and equipment for Building X (63 East Delaware Avenue, Newark, DE 19716). Work covers procurement facilitation, scheduling, fabrication, transportation, installation, coordination, punch-list corrections and all other services, labor and materials to be provided by the Dealer to supply and install all items included in these Furniture Specifications and Furniture Plans. If required provide and pay for tools and necessary installation materials and equipment; any facilities and/or services including use of freight or passenger elevators necessary for proper execution of work. The Dealer is responsible for waste and garbage removal and shall provide dumpsters as required.
