Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of crack sealing approximately 33,780 (Thirty-Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Eighty) L.F. of arterial and collector streets within the City of Lewiston. A list of additional streets totaling over 5,765 (Five Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixty-Five) L.F. has been identified for crack sealing, only if there is sufficient funding. The above list is strictly a proposed list of streets. The city reserves the right to add or delete streets based on available funding and the unit price quoted in this bid. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing traffic control within the work zone during the project, at no direct cost to the City. A written traffic control plan shall be provided to the City of Lewiston prior to the commencement of crack sealing. All Work must be done at night. Night work shall normally be from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
