Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this RFQ, the DMD is seeking responses from firms that will projectmanage a coordinated community engagement process and marketing effort across all three planning processes. Due to the nature of the scope and needed expertise of each planning processes, much of the technical public and stakeholder engagement will remain with the originally proposed consultant teams. The goal for the engagement consultant is to coordinate and manage engagement activities across all three planning efforts to avoid confusion and “planning input fatigue” for all involved in the planning processes, but especially for the public. The engagement consultant is expected to have proven community engagement expertise as well as project management and marketing expertise to keep all three planning efforts in alignment and on-schedule
