Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1-GPS BASE AND ROVER: GPS Base and Rover receivers shall be Trimble R12 and Trimble R21i, respectively, which includes transport case, tilt compensation capabilities, dual and triple frequency tracking, maximum channels for Static and RTK operation, UHF, cellular, Bluetooth, Wifi network capabilities, multiple universal tracking channels covering all modernized signals GPS, GLONASS, Galileo SBS, QZSS, BeiDou, etc., 6GB internal memory and all other standard items on the Trimble R12 LT and Trimble R21i GNSS systems. All necessary software to make the units operational shall be included. Rechargeable lithium batteries for Trimble R12 LT and Trimble R21i shall be included along with necessary chargers for each battery. Batteries shall hold a minimum 8-hour charge. 1-Data Collector: Data Collector shall be a Trimble TSC5 with a perpetual license for Trimble Access GNSS software and any other software necessary to make the unit operational. Collector shall have the latest Android OS with at least 4GB of memory and 64GB of storage. A minimum 5-inch muti touch screen with alphanumeric keypad. The mounting bracket for data collector shall be included. Must be able to download data to raw, raw5, and CSV formats and be current AutoCAD Civil 3D 2020 or newer software already in use at NHDES. Hardware and Poles: The 2.6-meter pole for mounting the GPS system shall be constructed of light weight Carbon fiber material to which the antenna shall be mounted and shall be graduated in 10ths of a foot. All hardware to connect the GPS receiver to a conventional tripod shall also be included. Support & training: Includes set-up, testing, delivery, training for at least one day. Training shall also include setup and overview with connection to SEA1001 Hydrolite-Btx Echosounder. This will also include telephone support and online support plus written training manuals. The Vendor must reside within a two hours of 29 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301, for the purpose of maintenance and calibration of the equipment. Subcontracting for training, support, maintenance and warranty work and all other applicable services is not allowed. The Vendor delivering the unit must provide these and all applicable services. Warranty: A copy of all manufacture’s warranties shall be included in the vendor’s proposal. The vendor shall warrant all material, workmanship, and equipment against defects for a period of one year beginning at the date of receipt of payment for the items except that certain equipment shall be warranted for longer periods as described in manufacturer’s warranties. Misc. Included shall be any and all necessary miscellaneous equipment, such as extra, pole extensions, tripod adapters, batteries, cables, weatherproof cover, adapters, rods, etc. to make the system completely operational upon delivery.
