Specifications include, but are not limited to: Establish a Price Agreement for Animal Detection System (ADS) Inspection and Maintenance for the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT). The work involved includes a variety of tasks related to installation, inspection, and maintenance of existing and future ADS and components including inspection of wiring, signs, and mounting for damage, on-site test of entire system including electrified barrier (e-barrier) if applicable, cleaning solar panels and thermal sensor and flasher lenses, inspect and test e-barrier and apply crack seal as needed, remotely check logs for normal function (alarms, sign, battery, Pedestrian Push Button (PPB)), vacuum equipment cabinets, and remove debris from e-barrier. This Price Agreement includes materials, labor and equipment as per the specifications contained herein. Upon prior approval, traffic control plans may be developed separately or on an as-needed basis.
