Specifications include, but are not limited to: Weekly grass cutting for up to twenty-six (26) weeks. • All edging will be done with a string trimmer around all concrete, granite, or asphalt curbing and or step stones. • Blow, sweep, and pick up all debris (grass clippings, sand, leaves, fallen tree limbs, and branches etc. from sidewalks and parking lots. Dispose of debris off site. • Pick up all trash, rubbish, fallen debris and leaves around entire premises • Weed all plant and flower beds by pulling (removing) weeds. • Monitor and diseased plants, shrubs, trees or grass. Bring issues to the attention of DCAMM supervisory personnel. Provide cost estimate for replacements as needed. • Trim and Prune trees and bushes as needed throughout the cutting season. Contractor shall remove the top layer 2 inches of old mulch and install two (2) inch depth of composite shredded bark mulch two (2) times per year in the months of May and November, at a minimum depth of two inches on all existing beds, at the base of trees and other mulched areas. Mulch must be at least two inches away from the base of the tree and not mounded to the trunk. Contractor is also required to fluff mulch areas once a month.
